COVID SALON GUIDELINES

EFFECTIVE 05.2020/UPDATED 06.2021

As a valued guest, we appreciate your patience, trust and loyalty to our salon. At this time, our number one priority is protecting the health of our staff, our guests and community. As an additional safety measure and to follow the CDC and DBPR guidelines, please review our updated guest care procedures.

  • Facemasks are optional at this salon. Should you choose to provide your own mask, please ensure it goes behind the ears (not the elastic around the back of the head), so that we can cut/color the hair. We encourage you to take advantage of our disposable masks as we will not be responsible for any color stainage on your personal mask.

  • Staff facemasks are optional, if you kindly request your artist to wear one that will be accommodated.

  • We cannot release personal staff health information. In respect to your privacy, we will not ask your health information either..

  • We have provided hand sanitizer for your convenience..

  • To comply with State and Federal CDC guidelines, a $2 sanitation fee will be applied to each transaction. This helps protect our staff & guests.  This is TEMPORARY and will be lifted as soon as possible.

SALON SANITATION

Our salon is practicing the utmost sanitation and disinfection procedures. We are using EPA Registered/Hospital Grade disinfectants in between each guest on a strict scheduled basis. Our entire salon staff is certified through Barbicide in Infection Control. Our team is required to wear masks throughout their entire shift. We are sanitizing frequent touch places (restroom facilities, retail counters) between guests and additionally scheduled every 30 minutes and enforcing it strictly. We have always washed capes and robes between guests and kept soiled ones in a closed bin. Our salon is following all DBPR guidelines outlined in Rule 61G5-20.002, Florida Administrative Code and more internal salon guidelines. We now have an internal salon sanitation taskforce and have developed our own guidelines to protect our team and guests as well.

Our salon has been audited for safety and sanitation numerous times since reopening on May 11, 2020 and have passed with flying colors.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this time as we are working quickly and very diligently to be both accommodating and conscientious to your needs. We are looking forward to serving and pampering you.
