New Talent Training Program

We have a self paced accelerated New Talent Training Program so that you reach the floor at your own pace of learning! 

Our self paced training program is still an intense and comprehensive program designed to prepare you better than any other training program and start you on a path toward a successful and profitable career as a top stylist at our top salon.  New Talent Stylists are paid throughout the training.  Here is an overview of the Level Salon Aveda Training Program:

Artists In Training will work exclusively with master artists to gain one on one training and gain the confidence in benchmarking, technical growth and chair side manner.

Model Program/Floor Days will include the following real life model and guest experience:

• Style Training - Blow-dry/Finishing

• Cutting Training – Women’s Haircuts

• Cutting Training – Men’s Haircuts

• Color Training

• Completion of Stylist Training Program
